Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. While we strive to deliver perfection, we also want to be fair and flexible when it comes to refunds.
Deposits
All deposits paid to KinaTech Web Agency are non-refundable once work has commenced. Your deposit secures your booking and covers early resource planning and time spent on discovery, research, and concept creation.
Project Cancellation by Client
If a project is cancelled by the client after the commencement of work, all work completed up to that point will be invoiced. Any unused portion of the balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus administrative and consultation fees.
Cancellation by KinaTech Web Agency
In rare cases, if we are unable to complete a project due to internal issues, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your payments in full and provide a formal notice along with handover files (where applicable).
No Refunds for Completed Work
Due to the digital and creative nature of our services, completed work (including designs, code, strategy, or SEO) cannot be refunded once delivered. This is standard industry practice and ensures that both parties are protected.
Client Inactivity
If a project stalls for over 30 days due to lack of communication or missing content from the client, we reserve the right to pause or terminate the project without a refund. We’ll do our best to reach out before this happens.
Revisions and Satisfaction
We work closely with you to ensure you are thrilled with the outcome. Revisions are included within the agreed scope. Any dissatisfaction should be communicated early, and we'll make reasonable efforts to correct it.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
