KinaTech Web Agency is an independent, Australian-based digital agency offering web design, e-commerce development, search engine optimisation (SEO), branding, UI/UX, and marketing services tailored for startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs across Australia and globally.

Your Agreement with Us

By using our website or hiring us for any service, you agree to these terms. This agreement is legally binding and designed to protect both you and us in any project collaboration.

If you don’t agree with these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services, though we’d still love to chat about how we can work together better.

Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • SEO Strategy and Implementation

  • Website Maintenance & Support
  • Social Media Setup and Design

Each project is governed by a unique agreement or proposal outlining specific deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and payment schedules.

Project Commencement and Collaboration

Projects begin once we receive the initial deposit and required project materials from you. We use collaborative platforms, emails, and calls to keep you in the loop throughout the project lifecycle. Open, clear communication helps ensure timely delivery and aligned expectations.

Payment Terms

We typically require a 50% deposit to initiate work. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of the completed project and before the final handover. Custom payment terms may be outlined in your proposal.

Payments are accepted via direct bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD), and GST is applied where applicable.

Delayed or incomplete payments may affect project progress or completion.

Client Responsibilities

We expect timely responses, approval on drafts, and the provision of accurate information. Client-side delays may result in extended timelines, so we ask that all communication remain active and cooperative.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Once your final payment is completed, all rights to custom design work and content created by us will be transferred to you. However, we retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio or marketing unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Pre-designed templates, third-party plugins, and stock assets remain subject to their own licensing terms.

Third-Party Services

From payment gateways to hosting providers and plugins, we may integrate trusted third-party tools into your solution. While we take care to recommend only reliable tools, we cannot be held liable for changes, downtime, or failures associated with those services.

Revisions & Support

We offer 1–3 rounds of revisions depending on your selected package. We welcome honest feedback and are happy to tweak designs to match your vision. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

We also offer ongoing support and maintenance plans tailored to your business needs.

Cancellations & Terminations

You can cancel a project at any stage by providing written notice. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover early planning, resource allocation, and administration.

We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including breach of contract, failure to pay, or abusive behaviour, though we always aim for friendly, respectful partnerships.

Limitation of Liability

KinaTech Web Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business opportunities, or revenue. Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the service in question.
